Most exotic manufacturers like Rolls Royce, Lamborghini etcetera launch their new models in India when a customer book/buy a car. They bring the models like Wraith in case of Rolls Royce as customer vehicle and display that at a launch event to promote the vehicle. I've no idea how Porsche do it but I think it's pretty much the same route premium car manufacturers take.
