Yes, I also got a call from them and confirmed the slot.
He initially told me I have been put in the afternoon slot, But then I checked if I could be accommodated in the morning slot and he obliged

I'm slotted for noon session, will drive from Nagarbhavi and Vijayanagar area. Glad to see Ford having multiple session to advance our skill.

Just got the call and confirmed for the after-noon session. He said the batch size would be 35 in the morning session and 35 during the after-noon session.

Call was from Genisis on behalf of Ford.

I just got a call from Genesis on behalf of Ford. Said I'm in the afternoon batch (2PM to 5PM). I confirmed, so will be going then. Pretty good management, I'm impressed already

I got a call and they confirmed me for the afternoon session. But I just realized that there are some travel coming up for me on Sunday night.

Tried to call back the number, but it just rings. Not sure how to change the slot. Will try my luck tomorrow morning too

I asked if parking was available, and he answered in the affirmative

Any idea if lunch will be served for the afternoon batch guys before the event?

I am going from Kumaraswamy Layout, Jayanagar area.

Genesis is a PR agency based out of Delhi/Gurgaon area. i doubt they'll know the parking space at Metro Ford; better to car pool.

i think the morning batch gets lunch and the afternoon batch gets tea (dang! should have opted for the morning batch!)

I kind of have a feeling that you are right about the parking availability here. But, when I checked about parking the tele-caller put me on hold, checked with someone and then responded. So, I guessed he had a conformation.

Anyway, it probably is easier form me to park in a mall near by and walk to the venue.
