Was pleasantly surprised to get a courier from BMW Gurgaon with a voucher which entitles Rs 10,000 worth of BMW Life Style Products . Apparently this was given due to my participation in the VOICE survey conducted by BMW

Turbanator: congratulations. I actually could not believe it until I saw the attached voucher. 10 grands as a token of appreciation for answering a survey! That too a customer satisfaction survey. This is surely being large hearted.

Contrast it with scores of service providers we come across that won't even listen to your feedback.

A great move indeed by BMW. Wonder what all this company is doing in the quest of market leadership. Keep it up and send me my survey soon :)

BTW, I noticed you naming the attachments as Joy. You sure look to be mighty pleased.

Congrats ! Looks like BMW is getting almost everything right in their India operations. By the way do you own any BMWs?

I answered this survey but did not get any voucher! Maybe they will apologize and send me vouchers worth 100K ;-)

I had got an original Sony 1 GB USB stick from Honda for answering. My only grouse is that they gave 1GB stick in the era of 16GB.

Well , I am not very good writer , however I can answer any of your concerns / queries related to X6 or most of BMW cars in India . I will try to click some photos , other than the delivery one which happened very late around 8:00 Pm 2 Years back , I haven't clicked anything . Purchase of this car was very spontaneous , I had gone to pick my X5 in evening after regular service and found this beauty in showroom , deal was worked and I exchanged X5 for this in less than 2 hours !

On a similar note, have any fellow bhpians ordered from the BMW lifestyle store.
