Tata deal or not i would always consider Fiat mainly because of its Ferrari Genes (Mitsu guys look at EVO) Ferrari is world champion so many times.

THe Palio 1.6 is a dreams machine and its not only a engine its also a build quality after having a ride in a Palio 1.6 and Swift i felt the difference. The Brand New Swift was not as solid as the Old Fiat.

I love Fiat and there are many others who love it too

Me too, Even after all the trouble you get from the dealers (I am not expecting anything beter from TATA), the car by itself delight your heart

wont buy a fiat. Tata or no tata, company is in doldrums and who knows they might just sign a deal with Tata to provide all services and then shut shop and leave.

i wont hesitate to buy a fiat in europe though.

I bought one recently! Main reason is the car itself - Adventure Sport 1.6. But knowing about Tata tie up helped to tilt the balance.

Will buy another Fiat for sure even if Fiat hadnt tied up with Tata. The Tata tie-up makes it more appealing.

Just got rid of my S10 and plonked for a Baleno. I would prefer to wait for Fiats complete financial recovery. If that happens soon, then my next car could be a Fiat.
