With the new prices for Linea Petrol announced starting from 683852 ex showroom Delhi for Active variant and Dyanmic at 780000 and no prices for petrol Emotion. Does that mean Emotion will only come in Diesel at 920,000 Delhi?

But would have been better if they had given some major upgrades like another gear on Punto.

Added features are welcome, hope they have improve the overall quality,gearbox and power delivery, especially the diesels- they were the most sluggish amongst all the cars using the national. Additional weight be damned.

No mention of the 90hp punto? what happened to it? Or are all emotions 90hp?

190mm GC? Hope it doesn't spoil the looks and handling! I don't want it to end up looking like a SUV with a boot, similar to the SX4 [no offense to owners]

So the Punto Dynamic (D) has crossed the 6 Lakh band therefore, it will now enjoy the higher registration tax bracket. Its 8.75% in Delhi.

Well the diesel dynamic appears not so cheap compared to price of 2011 emotion especially now with same features except for ABS is only 15k more(611000 vs 594000 for old emotion ABS).so in effect you get a non ABS 2011 emotion for 611000 ex showroom.Also should have offered ABS atleast an option on all models.All in all except for the new blue and ground clearence rest is a marketing gimmick.(Atleast fot punto)

Look at the price difference between the Punto Dynamic and Emotion. I think Punto Active and Dynamic will be 1.2 and Emotion should be 1.4.

They have streamlined the options and not tinkered with the price. I like the black interiors of my punto. May change my opinion when I see it in person though. Are there any external refreshes ? Tail lamps etc. What about the over all weight of the vehicle? is it still the same?
