A few of the new features/changes for both Linea and Punto 2012

Linea
Active get remote locking
Dynamic gets Abs EDs, Blue and Me
Emotion get the 16'' alloys
New Features* rain sensing wipers
New Features* Auto switch on-off head lamps
Ground clearance has been increased
AC improved
Dual tone interior

Punto
Active will have central lock and integrated audio
Dynamic gets fog lamps, ERVM, Remote locking and split foldable seats
Emotion will have ABS and EBS, 15'' Alloys
Ground conditions increased
Dual tone interior
Only 3 variants Active, Dynamic and Emotion

The dynamic Linea now has

Blu n me

New light beige interiors
Best in class air conditioner

New oceanic blue color
Best in class Ground Clearance in C+ segment after extensive feedback by owners

Punto
Only bright grey interiors in dual tone, no beige as far as i could make out.
Increased ground clearance.
Class leading features on base model.

GC almost similar to SUV's

FIAT CAFFE:
Delhi one to be launched on 6th and then in Pune.

New communication with customers on tv ads and newspapers telling fiat is crafted by heart and its a much technologically advanced company

New televison commercial showing a oceanic blue Linea all underwater shoot explaining all the new bells n whistles.

Mr Rajeev comes on and starts with "Its a misty morning and dont know why when we want to do something, some thing or the other happens before or after"

1. The redesigned AC has been tested in Rajasthan upon repeated customer complaints and you need to experience to feel it.

2. The whole suspension has been re developed for GC - he himself drove from srinagar to Leh in a T-JET just to check why people crib of low GC - fiats are known for handling and road sticking and the increased GC has not affected it.

sadly no beige on punto, its a lighter grey with grey upholstery and floor mats.any clue on prices?

The upgrades look great to me. Best thing was they now have just three categories :

Active : Very good feature when compared to competition.
Dynamic : A fully loaded version
Emotion : A luxury version.

Apart from this segment best like rain sensing wipers and auto-off headlamps is a welcome change. The ground clearance has increased to 190mm for Linea and 195mm for Punto.

In all I am satisfied with the Refresh Models.

Price : Linea Diesel : Emotion : 9.19L Dynamic : 8.84L Active : 7.84L (Delhi)

Hey, where are you getting the details from? On the website I only see a small video and it shows rain sensing wipers and auto headlamps on linea, thats it.

Any more details on the launch, very eager about what we get from fiat.

Check the prices as being presented in the live feed. The prices are for Linea and Punto for both petrol and diesel.

Linea 1.4 Fire will have only Active and Dynamic. Where as Diesel will have Emotion and will be 9.17L Ex-showroom delhi.
