Hi A colleague of mine will be booking one today in Mumbai
white colour Etios GSP corporate registration
Madhuban Toyota said they'll give insurance free but its already done by ICICI Bank in this case(car is registered under bank's name)
I am negotiating for cash discounts instead.
He has a white car in stock and was pushing for giving order in this financiaal year which is fine with us.
Kindly suggest what should be a good discount to negotiate for and expect ( I told him 50k over phone yesterday)

New ex-mumbai prices from today in Fiat website,Linea prices increased by approx 8-22k. this now officially includes T-jet prices as well . Looks like its the excise hike passed to the customers like other manufacturers.

Are there any price hike in Chevrolet Cars post budget ?

Yesterday a friend of mine informed me about price hike in Cruze for around 40K, just wanted to confirm if anybody else is aware of this.

Yes, the prices of all Chevy cars have been hiked after the budget. The cruze prices have risen 40K+ after the budget.

Finally I am getting following deal for a Beat Diesel LT in New Delhi -
On road price (incl. insurance, road tax etc.) - 5,70,580/-

Discount - 5,935 (Don't have to pay for Metalic color)
Accessories - Standard pack (Mud Flaps, Matting, Tissue Box, Key Chain, Soft Toy)

Is it a good enough deal? Please help quickly as I have to close the deal today/tomorrow.

Haggle for free insurance as you are going for the top model mate. Although i am not too sure they will be forthcoming as it is the diesel variant. No harm in trying your luck. One of my friend got free insurance on a petrol Beat LS.

I feel this is clearly stock clearance. Given that new models/facelifts are on the verge of coming out of the TML factory!

- Poor sales due to excise duty increase
- Ertiga impact on Aria (new innova impact too)
- New Safari Storme on the way
- Duster and Eco sport updates all over the media

Its time for Tata to re-think on thier pricing strategy!

If I am offered flat discount of Rs 70000 on Sumo Gold GX , I will purchase it tomorrow.

I received reply from Tata Motors that flat discount on Gold GX is only Rs.10000 !
