re: The "NEW" Car Price Check Thread - Track Price Changes, Discounts, Offers & Deals

Team,

We negotiated on Ritz Vdi ABS 2012 stock. Final price after negotiations came to 6.55L.

On road price of Ritz Vdi ABS 2013 model is 6.99 L.

Is this deal sweet enough ?

I guess you can bring down further. For 2012 models, I expect atleast a 50K discount all-together. In Kerala discussions open with 50K discount on the table. In Pune, you should easily get more. Haggle for free accessories like mud flaps / mats / seat covers, steering cover, reverse parking sensor etc.

How many 2012 vehicles are in stock for them? If there are a good number, am sure you can drill down further.

Yeah we are just 6K short of 50K discount. We asked the dealer to make it 6.5L instead of 6.55L, dealer didnt budge, so we walked away.

To,
The Team,
I am getting 52K off on Renault Pulse Dci RxL(Sep 2012).
OTR Price here in bhopal is around 6.82 L and after deducting the discount it comes to 6.3 L.
Is it a good deal?

Thanks a lot for bringing it to my attention. This ad appeared in the print media on 14th as well.

I have availed this offer, with my booking for Vento TDI Highline done yesterday. Expected delivery date is 28th February.

Yupp. Some stamp duty costs are there. The loan will be from VW Finance, and the EMI will start 1 year from the date of booking. (February 2014).

This is a good one, especially for the ones who might want a sedan but cannot afford it upfront. The relaxing period will help them upgrade from the polo to the Vento instead

Congrats on the car. Could you provide the below details too?

1. % of interest
2. What is the max EMI term they are offering.
3. Any other conditions which is NOT mentioned in the ad?
4. Are these for 2013 stocks?

Saw a Honda City deal yesterday from Whitefield and Magnum in Bangalore:

- Loan at 10%
- Insurance at Re. 1
- Exchange price list for different Maruti vehicles with year of manufacture

This was in Times of India.

Even I had the same doubt. There is a footnote at the Honda India website. that clarifies it. That's for non-metallic (White). Other colors are dearer by Rs. 6000.

My cousin took delivery of his i20 Sportz a couple of days ago. He got it for 8.66 Lakhs OTR in Hyderabad

The top-end Asta will cross well over 9 Lakhs. These pricing is in sedan range

Btw, no discounts except a corporate discount and is available off-the shelf
