My brother is looking for a Swift Vxi in Bangalore. Has anyone bought or knows what are the current offers with dealers. He is exchanging his 99 zen Lx clocked only 25k Kms and they have offered 90k for the same inclusive of exchange bonus which is 15k. No other offers currently apart from Teflon coating, floor mats which they have thrown in.
Sales of petrol cars have dipped so have the Swift petrol sales but these guys are not offering any freebies. Price they are quoting is around 6.20 L onroad. Anything better please let me know.

Haven't heard much about the discounts on the Freelander. Infact I have not heard much on this thread about any discounts on both jaguar and Landrover.

But you might be interested to know that Landrover Freelander has been launched in a Business Edition at 37L or so. You could have a look at that.

Fiat Punto Active Diesel - ex/sr 4.99L (after all discounts), normal ex/sr 5.82L
Toyota Etios Liva G-D - cash discount 30k on ex/sr of 6.11L

These are w/o any hard negotiations. Inquired this weekend for a close relative of mine. In Patiala, should be almost same across Punjab.

Any thoghts on Punto price? Is it good enough?

Thanks for the input. I've anyway dropped the Q5, didn't like it.

Freelander 2 S model is good but the business version is crap, without those features it's not worth even considering it.

Any idea what is the best OTR price of I10 in Delhi after all this claimed discount ?

New info - new yeti is available only on order, with 70k discounts in bangalore. Any yeti having more discounts than this is a 2012 model. Infact not many yetis are available off the shelf.
All new yeti is expected around end of 2014. Till then, it's sold on order.

Looking to buy an automatic hatchback purely for city drive.

Brio seems like the only plausible option. Hyundai i10 isn't an option. I don't like the brand.

Any suggestions of any other cars? Within a budget of 5-6 lacs ex showroom.

Also anybody know of any good deals being offered on the brio in Mumbai ?

Not sure on price and deals currently. A friend picked up a Brio AT about 2 months ago. Paid 6.95L on road Ahmedabad.

I am sure there must be. Local dealer in Ahmedabad has been running this advert almost every alternate day. You can check in with local dealer.

Talks about exchange bonus only ! I don't have a car to exchange

Would have loved if there was some cash discount or so ( I know that's too much to ask). Let me check with them though.
