Alto K10 -10-30k - fluctuating
Celerio - 10-15k

That is actually pretty low. I am not sure about currently, but Mumbai has better deals going on. Might just make sense to pick up the car from here and drive it down!
When I had checked a few months back, the E250 in Mumbai had 5L off, and the 530D had 7+ IIRC.

even Volvo is offering just 4L on the D4 whereas one of our forum members have got a less mileage demo car D5 at 41.5L with entertainment system, new tires & 4 yrs warranty. Volvo guy says this 4L discount is the best offer ever in the whole of India.Huh!

You might want to check with mandovi, Kalyani, sagar and haggle between all of them.
Last I remember they were offering 40k+ discounts. Try it out.
Also get the insurance done on your own and use NCB if you have an old car as well.

A friend bought a Linea T Jet Emotion from Ramkay Fiat 2 months ago for about 10.6 lac on road which was at a discount of about 70-80k IIRC. He was offered a discount of 1.5 lac on a 2014 Sep/Oct model as well which was turned down because he was keen on a 2015 manufactured vehicle.
