My apologies to you both , it is 26. 5 lacs and not 36 , it was a typo from my end. For me it is just the start of the process but they are being very very strict on offers or giving anything away as of the moment.

Is this on 2017 stock? The dealer here told me that there is no way they can give an additional INR 1 lakh cash discount as they don't have such margins.

Just confirmed - this is on 2018 stock.
2017 stock in Mumbai - there is one car available on which they're giving a further Rs. 1L Discount.

However, I am working on getting the 2018 at a similar price to the 2017 (which could happen with 2 or more cars being booked). No differences in features except the physical buttons on the HU have been replaced with touch buttons.

If you're interested let me know.

The 'Special Ex-Showroom Price' for Hyundai Grand i10 appears to be 20th Year Celebration Price.

Saw this in a local newspaper today(Hyundai official price list still shows old prices) and contacted nearest Hyundai dealer who confirmed the prices to be valid till 20th of this month:

I got this quote two days back one couldp perhaps negotiate for service package to be included but the salesman seemed pretty rigid on this price.
I had brought the 2017 Highline plus TDI M/T last september.
I think a fair price is being offered to you.
You may try saving further by getting self insurance and asking him to add a few freebies such as sun blinds, rear lip spoiler.
The carbon fibre mirror caps also look swell.

My friend is looking at a replacement for his Q5 in Ahmedabad. Been quoted 68.52L for the top spec X3 and 76.25L for the XC60. Both offering about 2.5-3L discount.

Re: The "NEW" Car Price Check Thread - Track Price Changes, Discounts, Offers & Deals

Hi Guys,

My friend is looking to book the Creta Petrol Automatic (SX AT 1.6) and got a quote from a Mumbai dealer as follows. Can experts guide as to whether the price looks fair or there exists room for negotiation?

Ex-Showroom price: 13,48,541
TCS: 13,485
Insurance: 76,368
Zero Dep premium: 7,559
EP & CM + RTI: 9,070
Registration charges: 1,66,111
Handling charges: 3,000
PVC Mats & Mudflap: 5,000
Fastag: 600

Total: 16,29,734.
Price offered: 15,80,000

Is this a good deal? Kindly note that this figure does not include 4/5th year warranty and 4th year RSA.

Typically Hyundai does not offer discounts since they run a very tight ship when it comes to inventory management, so I'd say it is a good deal.

I am looking to book the Ecosport Titanium AT and will be under company registration in Mumbai. The on - road price is about 14.5 lakhs. What are the ongoing offers that I can expect on this or bargain for?

Insurance is way too expensive. It should be 50% of what you have been quoted. Get a quote for Insurance (ALL bells & whistles) outside & ask the dealer to match it. (Just to give you an idea - my X1 insurance (all bells & whistles) bought last week was about 92k for an IDV of 35.15 Lacs (5% less of ExShowrm)
