I wasn't really interested so didn't push for more discount but feel 1-2L is possible when actually buying. They were ready to give additional 2L off an X4 20d they have in stock.

Got a march manufactured ecosport titanium plus tdci for a discount for about 1.25 lakhs last month. Managed to find one with sync 3, leather seats and cruise control. Another chennai dealer still has 2 sync 3 systems left in stock but at slightly lesser discounts.

Folks, any discounts on the Baleno Petrol (MT and/or CVT) in and around Mumbai/Thane?

I have developed a strong urge over the past few weeks to upgrade from my 3.5 year old Wagon R CNG to a Petrol hatch which is nearing 60K mark. It has no issues whatsoever and does not demand for a change or upgrade. But the urge is just increasing with every passing day ;-)

Usage is mostly in city with occasional (read once in 2 months) highway trips.

X1 is at around 9.5 lacs off. Similar offers in Delhi and ludhiana. Some dealers are giving extended warranty and BSI whereas others are giving cash discount in lieu of that. Booked an X1 xLine20D with this discount

Apparently some sort of an auction with reserve prices a bit lower than Ex-showroom ones.

Maybe it's just me - but I do get pretty annoyed at everybody posting 'just' the OTR prices all the time. Those prices are not relevant for anybody, but for people from the same city. Giving a discount amount/ex showroom reduction is more sensible as it is an info others can also benchmark

OTR price vary so much from one state to other that I have no idea of the total discount offered if somebody only tells me an ORT Bangalore prices. It's useless.

Sorry for the rant, especially as nobody else seem to be affected!

Also annoying is people posting their dealership names without telling their cities!

I think mostly the overall package discount is given my dealerships.

I'd suggest giving on road prices with and without discount so that we can gauge the quantum of discount.


Ths discount is generally not just on the ex showroom price.

I am getting 15k discount on Wagon R ZXI AGS in Pune, without taking insurance from them.

On road cost without insurance and with extended warranty is 6.6 lakh. Insurance cost is about 20k. So final comes to 6.8 lakh.
