Hey I bought one in October (sep mfd) for around 80k in total discount (mostly - combination of insurance, accessory, extended warranty and cash discount) in Bangalore. You can easily bargain for a lot more considering it's not the fastest moving model in creta, plus damaged in yard and potentially been rejected by a few folks.

You can probably ask for a much better deal on this one. I'd quote a number for this specific car and ask the dealership to match it. In bangalore, on road for this one quoted is 26.3 and if I were in your shoes, I'd go in with an offer of 24.5 straight and close at 25. You can adjust this for your on road.

You've been given an offer that you'd anyway get for an n-line new model. You can take the offer and ask for a new car, you can also use the same for a new car with another dealership.

Alok made a lot of sense there. The dealer’s offer is really basic considering it is nearly 5 months the car has been sitting there, with no takers on a slow moving one. Discount for over a lac overall does not seem outrageous to me, in fact somewhat reasonable, as ling as you buy this in December. With price rise starting Jan 1, you should add whatever the price rise to that number.
You need to negotiation well to get it, though.

The regular ex-showroom was 23.89L now its 21.89L plus there is another 30K cash discount from M&M and the dealer is discounting around 40K from insurance.

I recommend that you first request an official email from the dealer confirming the car allotment and delivery date. Once you have that, escalate the issue regarding the extra charges to Toyota. This will ensure the dealer follows the proper procedures and removes any illegal charges.

Yes I heard the same, buI I haven't given in yet. I will wait till Jan-25 and take a call then. My dealer has been calling me and he is willing to give me Alpha AT at 14L. But I am adamant that deal is possible only at 13.6L. Fingers crossed.
