Dear members, any idea about offers on Jimny Alpha AT 2024 models? Or even the 2025 stock if you have an idea about it

In Kerala, the Jimny Alpha MT offer is still the 1,90,000 standard offer. Also an additional accessories/discount of 20,000 is also available, I had received an offer with upto 50k discount, so I think for 2024 models, a discount can be negotiated if the dealers have stock. But by and large the standard discounts are the same. No idea about the 2025 models though.

Only if they reduced the ex-showroom price though, like they did with SCross, the Zeta will be a banger since road tax is different, and also the TCS component would be nil.

Volkswagen is offering massive discounts on unsold MY2024 stock. Depending on the model, discounts range from Rs 1.70-4.20 lakh.



The MY2024 Virtus was initially offered with a discount of Rs 1.50 lakh. Now, customers can save up to Rs 1.70 lakh on the sedan. The carmaker is also offering benefits of up to Rs 80,000 on the MY2025 stock.

Next up is the Taigun, which is offered with benefits of up to Rs 2.2 lakh on MY2024 stock. It includes a cash discount, loyalty bonus, and scrappage bonus. Those looking to buy the latest model year can also avail of benefits worth Rs 80,000.

Customers planning to buy a Tiguan can save up to Rs 4.20 lakh on the SUV. The benefits include a cash discount, a loyalty bonus, and a scrappage bonus, if applicable.

So soon? I thought they'll wait for few months before doing this. The vx cvt now goes beyond 10L and it loses its value.

I found VX CVT to be the only VFM option due to the 9.99L tag. In states like Karnataka, there is additional tax once the price crosses 10L and looks like this 15K increase will come at a cost for Honda(Actual increase could be as high as 70-80K)

I have checked with my admin and he confirms that the discount is available on Kushaq and Slavia all models. The mentioned discount is applicable for the top-end spec and will change according to the lower models.

This offer applies only to SAVW direct suppliers/partners. Could not get the information on additional dealer discounts.

The 5 door Jimny was introduced in Japan as Jimny Nomade and Suzuki had to stop booking after 4 days of introduction as their order book soared to 50,000 vehicles creating a backlog of 3 & 1/2 years. The monthly export figures to Japan is 1,200 Jimnys.

The reason I mention this is because of the rising global demand, the India deliveries might take a hit and I wouldn't be surprised if Maruti stayed put on the present running offers or even reduced them.

The sale of Jimny in India appear to have ceased as a do or die situation that the company exhibited in July 2024 when the discounts touched 3.5 L and in some cases even 4 L. I am not sure if we are going to witness such massive discounts in Jimny any more.

Assuming that the price might remain steady or even rise with growing global demand and raw material input/ labor costs in coming months, if one is keen on Jimny, then go ahead and bargain with your Maruti dealer as hard as you could and close the deal.

I got the following deal on my Jimny Alpha Automatic in December 2024 at Mangalore.

Maruti Company discount: Rs 80,000
Maruti Finance discount : Rs 1,50,000
Dealer cash discount: Rs 35,000
3 M Anti rust under body coating with 5 years warranty Free.
Mudflaps and Floor mats free.
Total discount was around Rs 2,70,000
Additionally I got 6 years extended warranty & insurance at a much reduced price.

I am sure no one would have come across a single bit of news regarding the increase in the ex-showroom price of the Tiguan by a whopping 3Lakh rupees from 35.17 to 38.16 at the turn of the year
