This move seems like, to create a niche for the upcoming 5 door Thar. M & M has been able to produce a wide segment of SUVs in 10-20 Lakh price bracket, catering plethora of motoring enthusiasts of varied interests and priorities.
Kudos to Mahindra !

Am posting here for lack of a better alternative. Have the threads about monthly-sales-figures stopped coming? There was a time when they used to come 2-3 days into the new month. Its been over a fortnight into Jan but yet the Dec 2022 sales thread isn't out. Or have those threads been moved to a different location?

Is it possible to buy new car from Thane/Mumbai showroom but register for other city? None of the dealer in my city Pune have the car available, but a Thane dealer have.

Since registration is online process, Pune registration for Thane dealer should be possible I believe. Experts opinion? (I can manage extra inter-city trips for pre-registration inspection, etc.)

Since its the same state, the Thane dealer should be able to register at the Pune RTO. I don't think you need to run around for this.

According to the company, prices are being increased due to regulatory changes and a rise in overall input costs. However, the company is absorbing a significant portion of the increased cost.

Tata Motors’ ICE portfolio includes a wide range of products starting with the Tiago, Tigor and Altroz to the Punch, Nexon, Harrier and Safari. The increase in the prices will depend on the model and variant.

Meanwhile, Tata Motors posted a net profit of Rs 2,958 crore in third quarter of last year. The company's consolidated revenue rose by 22.5% to Rs 88,489 crore.

Sharing for information with no affiliations whatsoever. KUN Volkswagen Chennai has a MY21 Tiguan demo car with 600 KM on odo, Night Shade Blue color available with cash discount of 3L. This offer was made by the attending salesman when I walked into the showroom and asked for a Tiguan. Didn't enquire any further since Tiguan was ruled out after a test drive.

Yes . The price rise did happen. It was about 30k for the city 5th gen V MT model.
I had booked the car earlier but the final payments were done on the 30th Jan. I had to pay 30K extra for the hike.

Re: The "NEW" Car Price Check Thread - Track Price Changes, Discounts, Offers & Deals

Need some inputs on the impact of new RDE norms, to be mandatory from 1st April. Would the resale and usability of non RDE vehicles bought in Jan-Mar 23 be impacted? Would there be a situation, when Non-RDE vehicles could be banned in Delhi-NCR (like BS4 is being done off and on)? Would the vehicle still need to go for a PUCC?
Is it worth taking a new vehicle today, with new norms just around the corner?

Input needed from members on the introduction of E20 fuel. Would older cars suffer performance wise? Should new vehicles be bought as of today, given the RDE and E20 issues?
