Guys, i 've this inside news that Skoda India is soon launching a new version of Octavia named "Rider classic" ..
what differenciates it from 'rider' is that, this version would be available (only) in black magic color with alloy wheels, ABS and a rear spoiler ...

and is priced only Rs. 50000(approx) more than the rider ..:) but the only downside is that its going to be a LE(limited edition) ..only 175 cars are to be made and sold all across country ..So chances of you getting one are quite dim ..

p.s All you guys who wanted to own a Octavia 1.9tdi manual in black magic color with ABS at the price of a rider(till now it was available only in the L&K ,which costs 15+), this is the only chance .. Hurry and rush to your nearest Skoda dealer and book it asap ..

I 've booked one and should be getting by the end of this month .. :)

does the rider model not have ABS at all then ? cuz the petrol one has it for sure am not sure about the diesel.

Only the RS has ABS. But I read that the L&K also has it in their brochure

It costed 12.70 lac on road . As you know this is LE so the discounts were NIL (not even a single penny) :mad: But the kinda goodies fitted in the Rider classic ,makes up for it ..
ABS ,Alloy wheels ,Rear spoiler all for only Rs 50000 .. and not to forget the exclusive Black magic body color ..

Buddy, the car is standing right in the corner ,in the showroom cos my parents are out of town .. i am waiting for them ..
