The SUV shown by Maruti Suzuki also may appear in different avatar then their concept whenever it will actually be launched in the market. God knows then why they take so much time to actually introduce the vehicle in the market if they are just modifying their existing vehicles and recreating a different vehicle with different title.
We'd need the Late Steve Jobs to be present in the auto industry for that to happen. Period

Just couple of cosmetic changes which will spell the death knell for this pathetic excuse of an automobile.

Is there any news of AT coming in some small hatch. I am on a lookout to buy an auto transmission small car if possible from Maruti.

These automobile giants has a legacy of throwing age-old models to their customers. Tata has done nothing to Safari..only few changes and all. Why cant these people make cute cars like Impala, Beetle. One can not forget those nostalgic moments with their cars.

The new safari does look good , it may take a bit getting used to but it does look good .
The interiors are certainly of much better quality than that on the current Safari , although they lack the flamboyance of the XUV , it does not look bad .

The concept hybrid Manza on the other hand seems to good to ever come true. The front seems to have gone through an intensive plastic surgery and the rest of the body seems untouched .

The 140 BHP INDICA !! Now TATA , thats taking things a bit to far ...

Re: CBR 150R launched at Auto Expo 2012

The Yamaha R15 is a super reliable bike. While the Thai made, India assembled CBR250 has been terrific value for money, the quality and ownership experience has been found wanting. Hoping they get it right with the CBR150.

The biggest question both Honda and Yamaha will be asking is how the KTM200 will be positioned. The first real streetfighter bike in India, excellent spec sheet, not to mention 200cc with 25ps on tap. If the rumored pricing of 1.2 lacs is true the Japs will have to retreat and reorganize strategies.

Whichever way one looks at it the customer has never had it so good!!

Re: The Mega Auto Expo 2012 Thread : General Discussion, Live Feed & Pics

Is it just me or does that new Indigo Manza's front-end look like a straight lift-off the Honda Civic?

Honestly, Tata could have done a better job with the designs of not only the Manza, but also the new Safari. The new fascia doesn't seem to gel well enough with the decade-old lines of the Safari, IMO. And neither do the dual-exhausts.
