Have they done a wind tunnel test on this weird thing? from the look of it, feels like this would get blown away at high speeds like a speed boat on choppy seas, because of the strange contraption on the bonnet

looks like a cuboid chopped with a saw at places to give the shape. it neither has the elegance nor the aggression. the design does not look refined or well thought of. seems as if the design was done in a fuss by putting up things here and there.

but one things for sure, if it goes on as the plan is described, its gonna sell for sure. we have a huge chunk of the population which thinks mr. chhabria is the best indian designer ever and that the stuff he comes up with is super cool. (no disrespect intended)

all said and done, he sure is known around the world and probably is the person responsible for india on the international map of design driven work by an individual in automotive field. there are others of course working with the leading brands but then no ones come up with his own company.

TVS have had the RTR250 for sometime now, its not road legal but a competition only bike they use at motocross events.

They developed this when the TVS vs Yamaha competition was at its peak. Its an assortment of competition parts from various suppliers globally, the engine I think is from Rotax.

The only real exciting launch one can expect from TVS soon is the updated Apache which will have a major cosmetic overhaul.

From what I have heard from some inside sources on the racing circuit, there was no real "development" involved. This bike is supposedly almost fully a de-badged KTM.

That RTR 250 FXm looks very promising. Any more pictures of the same ? Also , the fact that it has an in house 250cc mill should hint about a future rtr with increased capacity.I feel with a stage so big , TVS should have launched a 200/220 cc rtr or atleast upgraded the 180.
