We're flying to the Auto Expo this evening to bring you all you need to know about India's largest automotive event...right on your computer & mobile screens :D
Coverage
• Dedicated Threads will be created for each car manufacturer present at the Auto Expo 2012.
• Important launches will get their own, independent threads.
• We've also created this new forum section for the Auto Expo, so that you can easily find the stuff you are interested in.
These steps helped maintain a focussed discussion at the last Auto Expo (in 2010).

Do we have a stand there, perchance?
TBHP will also cover the mod/performance stands, yes?
Thank you, GTO. This is an amazing idea to have one thread to follow the entire proceedings of the Auto expo. :thumbs up
I am sure a lot of bhp-ians are going crazy waiting for the expo to kick off. I personally can't contain my excitement.
Happy NY GTO!
I loved this thread. Thanks to GTO & team for taking the "pain:D" of covering the show! I remember, the XUV launch when I was glued into (and even endured the fashion show) to see the beast at the end. Will love to repeat that!!
BH.
Thats a brilliant idea! Would love to see some details on a few cars mentioned in the list.
Also, please do throw some liight on the performace mod stands (if any).

Please note that this thread is only for general discussions. Our coverage team will be creating SEPARATE threads for each manufacturer (as mentioned in the opening post) in the new Auto Expo 2012 Forum section.
And yes, we'll be covering the Mod stands (and anything else that's interesting enough) :)
Thanks
Great!
I know you folks have a lot to cover in limited time but would really appreciate if you can stop by the Triumph stall and pen down something, pics included :)
TIA!
@GTO-great stuff,am tempted to make a dash to Delhi in my swift but alas work has tied me down:Frustratiso has my office picnic.
I am doubtfull whether ktm 200 will be displayed,as i read somewhere that bajaj is focusing on the 4 wheeler.
Excellent! Looking forward to reading. Am going to be there too because I won the MINI contest :)
Excellent initiative for the guys like us who cannot make it to Delhi. Bring it on guys. Thank You.
Cheers,
Rajesh
:thumbs up to Team-BHP and GTO. A very excellent idea indeed.
Now I wouldn't have to catch AutoExpo on television and all the cars and launches will be covered by Team-BHP in precise details and top notch photography.
Looking forward to Audi A3 sedan. Team-BHP team please if all could cover it with utmost details. This car can be a game changer if priced correctly and Audi is saying that they might launch it in 2012.
Looking forward to an awesome week.:D

I had read somewhere that Mitsubishi is premiering their Pajero Sports in the Expo. Lets see if that happens, and if it does, that could turnout to be a killer in that segment.
I love the way T-BHP has created a build-up around Auto Expo 2012. Since it's too far for me to attend, shall be glued to this thread!

That sounds exciting! Some details please! stupid:
That would be great GTO.
I know you guys would cover almost everything in sufficient details(time permitting).
Is this the media invite, before opening it for the public?
I am anxiously looking ot for Ecosport, Ertiga(though details are out) and other budget SUVs or MPV.
Looking forward :)

Whoa! It would probably be the most comprehensive coverage of the Expo anywhere in the country, whether in print, television or online. Just counting the days and of course who needs those Auto shows on TV when we'd have all the detailed coverage right here. BTW, who all are there in the "coverage team"? Heres wishing them all the best to bring out the best coverage of the expo till date.
