Blue has never really been widely accepted in India, even the Fiesta 1.6 S or the New Laura VRS in blue shades are very rare to come across.

Agreed white or silver is low on maintenance. but I doubt Red or blue is high maintenance colors w.r.t say black. we do see plenty of black cars on road isnt it. Black requires equally more maintenance to keep clean

I guess its just that we associate red,blue and other bright colors more suited to young people. (young people typically tend to start with hatchbacks unless dad gifts them a beemer)

So we see plenty of colorful hatches(example i10) but bigger cars start to look so boring in white and silver.

I like this blue, if i am not wrong, it is available in figo as well. But not many manufacturers are providing these kind of shades

Renault got the nice brown shade and hoping that with Ecosport we will have more such Blue and the red/orange shade
