The Jaguar XKR-S

This car is powered by a 5 Litre Supercharged V8 engine producing 550PS horsepower and 680 Nm of Torque. It achieves 0-100 km/h in 4.2 sec.

This is the most powerful series production car Jaguar has ever built! She's also got an active exhaust just for producing a good exhaust note.

Its got 3 engine options -

Range Rover Evoque

This is the probably the most stylish car from the Land Rover stables. It is geared towards the urban buyer instead of the off-road enthusiasts. But it still retains some off-roading features to be worthy of the Range Rover badge.

It comes in 2 versions, a 5-door and a Coupe.
The 5-door is powered by a 2.2L diesel engine producing 190PS of power and 420 Nm of torque.
The Coupe is powered by a 2.0L petrol engine producing 240 PS of power and 340 Nm or torque.

Both these cars are filled to the brim with innovative technical features.
Here's a list of the gizmos:

These Defender concepts looks really great and promising. Lots of gizmos to look forward to in these two vehicles. However, looking at the interiors of the 100s concept, it looks really bland with just the screen in the middle.
Am I correct in assuming that the detailing of Interiors is not finished as the vehicle is still in concept stage?
Those door handles to open the doors from the inside look really huge. I hope they do not bring the same into the production vehicle 3 years down the line.

The defender concept 100 looks very similar to Toyota FJ Cruiser sold in the US and Australia. Just saying! Wikipedia link for FJ Cruiser: Toyota FJ Cruiser - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Obviously this being a Land Rover, it's going to be a very capable off roading vehicle loaded with a lot more gizmos.

More data added, and thread moved back to the Auto Expo 2012 forum (from the Assembly Line)

100s: seriously (to be) engineered I would say.

>> The Terrain-i scanning device warns the driver of obstacles when off-roading and can suggest alternative routes.

WOW! Army machinery to the masses! Way to go JLR!!!

The front stance of the DC100 is really something. I'd make way for it always.

The C-X75 looks like a spaceship from behind but that's another car I'd make way for if I saw it in the I/ORVM. Front look is killer.

no wonder JLR is profitable again!

Ratan Tata's passion for cars shows clearly here.. the Evoque has to be the most beautiful SUV ever till date..

The Evoque has such clean lines. Yet it looks aggressive. After this, Looking at the XUV500 I can't help but wonder if Mahindra went overboard with their front design. Right now i feel the XUV looks like Optimus Prime.

That is some serious technology and equipment packed in the Land Rover Defender concept twins. Sonar technology, terrain-scanning device, a diff' cut-off sound like technology that could potentially revolutionize off-road driving as we know it. Such tech would make even the Mars Rover proud!

I sincerely hope Jaguar ditches the hybrid nonsense (for now) on the gorgeous C-X75 supercar and power it with a glorious V8 instead. Not only will it be more affordable to drive, it would prove to be a serious threat to the Lamborghini Gallardo, the 458 Italia and even the McLaren MP4-12C. That thin is so gorgeous, it reminds me of the wonderful Jaguar supercars of yore: The XJR-15 and the XJ-220. :)
