hmmm.... a scorpio with a multi-link rear suspension setup, re-tuned engine, and revised brakes and steering servos, and perhaps a little longer wheelbase, and a shift on the fly 4wd that's useful, and a torsen LSD, no salisburys.....something fishy..? i DEFINITELY hope not....!!!!

i was truly happy that finally the Scorpio is getting its well deserved and well earned makeover! its opened the fate of Mahindra n Mahindra! and now the only major glitch with the Scorpio ( the handling part) is being taken care for good! in addition the newer look! wowie! now i jus wish they put in some luxury featuers in it or have a version which have it all.
1. ABS
2. Powered side view mirrors,
3. Traction Control
4. Electronic and OnTheFly 4WD as standard except in the base version.
5. Better Seats,
6. Better Stereo
7. Alloy Wheels and wider tyres like the Endeavour
8. Automatic Climate Control system.

The new Scorpio will be launched anytime early next year (2006). Will have a very well tweaked suspension by Lotus.

It seems that the Scorpio is going to handle very well soon. Lotus has also tweaked Optra's Chassis, and hence you will notice that the Optra has good stabilty and with the increase in speed the Stabilty increases as well. Hope to see the Scorpio soon with better handling. Now if only better brakes ( heard ABS is on the cards) and a good pricing. I would prefer an all black Scorpio at a lower price then a dual - colour coaded one with Voice assist an a higher tag.

It has same lamps up front with large extention in bumper, and rear lamps are like the CRV. It has a hood scoop like the Subaru and 4WD system.
