Re: Honda @ Auto Expo 2012

Sad to see that Honda presence's in the Auto Show was just to fill in the Gap.

Power is definitely missing in Honda's Dreams.

Agreed that they have faced setbacks in last year (due to reasons which are not in their controls), but Honda should have used this oppourtunity to display their concepts /future models.

Correct RGK. They have lost a golden opportunity here. The threads I have gone thru, Mahindra followed by Tata looks like the most exciting pavilions setup this year.
Honda wake up from the false sense of superiority and start moving before its late. You cannot sit on past laurels.

Re: Honda @ Auto Expo 2012

What a wasted opportunity by Honda!

This could have been a perfect platform to showcase their future plans and commitment to India. They can't be dreaming of surviving in India with just 6 offerings. Could have at least talked about their diesel plans. No MPV? No affordable SUV? One can't be that laid back.

Re: Honda @ Auto Expo 2012

One company I hate in India for its farthest-ness from indian customer is this.
Look at their pricing, and stubbornness for not trying to come with a diesel sooner is suicidal.

The response to its latest launch Brio is also bleak. Check the discounted price of Jazz, now isn't loyal first customer who paid premium for it feels cheated now.
