Mitsubishi Pajero SFX production to end in 2012

It's true what you people say about the looks of the Pajero sfx. It might be a 20 year old model but the sight of it cruising down the road is just spectacular; no other SUV comes close.
All the sfx ever needed was a new engine/transmission with a dashboard and steering wheel upgrade, not to forget a price correction.

Waking up an old thread. Mistu outlander also phased out? The domain outlander.in is up for sale. Are they shutting shop? Pajero is one SUV I still love after all these years. Sigh!

Petrol outlander has been discontinued. The third gen model is expected in 2014, with a diesel engine. However, I'm not sure why the domain is up for sale.

Asking the same question again. Which was the last month when the SFX2.8 was rolled out.

And on 2010/2011 models, did Mitsubishi india change the third row seating layout ? Instead of the front facing, did they make them side facing ?

Answering one of your questions, the seating layout was never changed. You might have confused with a folded 3rd row, if at all.

The Pajero is for sale and one of the interior picture shows the last row seats are side facing. Or could this be an aftermarket mod ? (

This was an ex-minister vehicle.Hence,the after market mod on the 3rd row seats for gunman etc.

Thank you for the clarification. Do any of you think if such a mod can be reversed ? Assuming there was no damage done to the interiors ?

I was about to delist the last models from my search but now i'd add them back and hope to find a pre-worshipped specimen quickly.
