Very surprised as SVR has been more or less decent according to me. Only fault is tendency to suggest change of parts at the drop of a hat & lead time of some spares.

For body shop work, i have figured out that independent garages are cheaper, faster and as good if not better. For the next service in 6 months, probably will go to a independent garage as well - SVR only if i need to change some part in the car.
