Hey Guys,

If your car is giving less than what the manufacturer promises, can we go to consumer court?

If not whats the best course of action?

No, you cannot go to consumer court. Manufacturers put their figures based on so called 'ideal driving condition'.

Best action here is to drive in a sane manner. Heavy traffic in any city won't allow you to do anything more.
