No no, I mean the H4 bulb had three pins, right? The connector must coincide with the right pins for it glow.

Reason being, the left side Philips Rally bulb in my Swift fused two days back. I put in a new bulb and connected. The bulb was glowing but with low intensity. Was puzzled as it was a new bulb and made me think it may be a lemon.

When I looked at the connectors from behind, I realized that I had fixed it wrongly. I had inserted it by rotating the connector 90 degrees to the left. Hence the low intensity. Removed the connector and re-fixed it correctly and the bulb was glowing normally.

Do please check on your side too.
