You're right. The "City Safety" feature can sense an impending collision upto 50 kph and primes the brakes for faster braking response if you tap the pedal or switches off the throttle and applies the brakes to reduce the impact of the collision. However, I was referring to the "IntelliSafe" feature that aims to avoid the collision altogether by bringing the car to a halt - this happens only when the relative speed of the car wrt the obstacle is 15 kph or less.

City safety feature is ideal for our kind of traffic. Besides other safety features its worth spending extra.
