This time they are claiming "unparallel showcase of latest brands and technologies in the Indian auto market". Hope it turns out true.

Remember to register online, carry the print of registration to get 25% discount on the entry fee. On a lighter note: You may get a good feel of that much less loss or some compensation for your time.

Can't be better than the Autocar Performance Show, not that the Autocar show was great!
All the attention is on the Parx Supercar Show at Racecourse so i guess only a handful of people would make it for the TOI event.

Mumbai's Autocar Performance and and IMS Shows have been both washouts for hardcore motoring enthusiasts. The only good attraction at this time would be Parx SuperCar Show. But then you can spend a few hours there. So there is plenty of time and days on hand if some people want to get the hang of this show too. Its not such a bad show for general public. The downside is the exorbitant entry fees they charge for such a dismal show. It may also have some good vintage car displays and possibly a good accessories section. Lets hope it will be good this time around.

Suddenly everybody seems to have found the Republic Day, 26 Jan 2013, time best for their shows (ofcourse it must be into making since long time). This includes the showstopper event at Aero-modeling show at Aamby Valley right on 26 Jan 2013 creating even more chaos of choices.

People really are going to need some planning on when to attend what and it is going to be busy crowded weekend for sure at these various venues.

What's with the 100 bucks entry fee? As mentioned above by a fellow mate, almost all people will make their way to the supercar ralley.

Regardless, I'll be heading out for both these expos. Any other bhpian planning to visit this one?

I had been to the 2011 show and it was complete BS. These days auto expo's in Mumbai

are getting worse with entry prices heading only northwards. I would rather head out for

the long weekend than visit the show.

Would you suggest giving it a miss? I myself would not be that fond of attending in that case.

ZIGWHEELS invited some FCCCI members to display their Classic Fiats at this year MIMS (Auto Expo) at MMRDA grounds.
Since entry was FREE for "EXHIBITORS" I went on official invitation on 26th Jan & again on 27th to collect my car.

Some excerpts from the show, did not click each and everything as things were less than any international standards. Still difficult to understand why they tag it "International" show even after all these years as they cannot ever raise standards by any means. But the show was good for general public as they could experience ins and outs of various cars at one place. Finally got to see the Evalia here other than the Mini. The show stealer could be the Motorcycle Stuntsmania by the group called Ghost Ryderz. That was one good entertainment for the public and able to witness such thing on a regular basis. And the public was definitely making their way to the arena specifically for that and in amazing numbers, it was just difficult to get the proper place with so much crowd. Got a decent video of the stunts but not uploading. There is a nice one uploaded on YouTube

Sail Sedan looks nice and seems nice on inside too in comparison to the competition.



Liked the rear integration and treatment



Liked the tail lamp cluster too looks nicely integrated. Having Etios with us, I think this is more likeable to Etios.
