One more place where the new Swift scores over the Ritz is the suppleness of the suspension. The new Swift has a very comfortable ride and yet you can have all the fun when you're in the mood for it. One will appreciate this after spending a longer time with the car.

I also felt the face lifted Ritz is more noisier on the inside when compared to the new Swift.

And it is really up to the buyer to decide whether he wants to part with that sum of money for a car. The Swift is at such a premium because MSIL can afford to charge so much at the moment. Also, I think all the successful B+ segment Diesel hatchbacks are at the highest price point currently.
