Hi Guys,

Maruti was publishing ads in Times of india [bangalore edition] even till 2 weeks back posting 94 bhp for a baleno even though about 6 months back with euro-III the power came down to 91 bhp.

In one of the threads on this forum http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/techni...ference-3.html, this unethical practice was bought to light and people started to discuss, with 2-3 days of this discussion guess what, maruti didn't quote 94 bhp for baleno, not even 91 bhp, they simply stopped mentioning the power of baleno ..... he he.

3 Cheers to Team-BHP, its indeed becoming the watchdog of the indian automobile industry.

I am sure there will be many more copy cats of this site :)

Erm in, in between pattingourselves and watching peoples dogs,
we should not forget that we hang here to have fun and gab about cars and discuss them to death.

The moment you start getting delusions of being all powerful ,m is whe you kinda start falling

As GTO once said (indirectly) the auto co's os look here and see the serious discussions and reviews, and make note.
But lets not get carried away by how smart we are

Team bhp is growing with the exposure increasing and more active members from all parts of country ,the automakers are definitely watching team bhp as source of feedback without real time interaction with the customers and potential customers,they also get the idea what people are looking into cars these and how they can make a fan following for their products and a lot of endless things,i feel its really very helpful for them.for team bhpians its an advantage because we are heard like never before and we can tell manufacturers what we feel like and they dont have to rely on autojournalists as they dont represent much people.

team bhp has a class of its own and here are true stories of people who have experienced their cars and have written down abt it here.

there are people here who know what they are talking and not just bragging.

there are people who have worked to make this forum fool proof an that is enough for outsiders to read what is written about and revise themselves.

atleast they have changed their stand and if team bhp has been instumental in bringing abt this change, hats off to it.

teambhp is and will remain one of the best forums, no matter what and there is nothing wrong in being proud abt it.
