If you read the whole article you would realize that GM has not honoured the court Orders. The same is the case with Dr. Pullockaran's case with the Tatas. The court has order that Tatas should replace his car's Engine with a new one. When the customer went to the Dealer for the job, they flatly refused stating that they have no instructions from their Company.
In both the above cases the Complainants have to file a Eviction Petition in the same Forum to ensure that the OPS follow the Court Orders. This is not only time consuming but tedious for an individual. That is why when Senior Bhpians suggested that I go to the Consumer Court for redressal, I was sceptical about doing so. I wanted to make sure that all avenues of redressal were exhausted and that the Tatas were given sufficient oppourtunities to settle my problem. Instead, I was accused of doing all this to gain some cheap publicity.
So long....
Did you notice that the forrester is no longer there on the website!
