Same here...was waiting for Mustang and/or the Camaro launch in India. Hope Ford prices the Mustang with an intention to sell sizable numbers. I think a price in the vicinity of 3's and A4's would be apt.

For the Indian market, the Mustang will reportedly be offered in its top-spec Mustang GT variant, powered by a 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine paired to a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission. The engine will develop 435 hp and 542 Nm of torque. The fastback will weigh around 1,691 kg

The Figo, Aspire, Ecosport and Endeavour all showcased on stage one after the other. Nigel Harris calls it the youngest and most vibrant line up he has seen in the country. Agree with him. Good line up, I must say.

How disappointing! No pricing! Watched that full thing to see things I already knew.

Nice to know the performance pack is standard in India.

Hoping to see the prices soon.

It'll be here in Q2 of this year, so a few more months.

Watching this webcast was such a waste of time as it was just an unveil (Launch will happen in Q2 2016)

It was funny to see that the Indian top bosses of Ford when asked about the Mustang managed to discuss things like it has emergency assist button, My Key etc

I don't think they're going to offer manual transmission also. But I'm happy that the sales start in Q2. Now I have enough time to irritate the top guys at Ford India, so that they offer us a manual. Can anyone help me with their email id's?

It was only the unveil. The only information I got is that they will only get the V8 in India. Prices still not yet announced. The retail will start in the second quarter.

Very disappointing indeed. Was really looking forward to check out the pricing. To be fair it seems like a smart PR exercise to push the new endeavour which was launched just 10 days ago.

Let's hope we get to hear about the pricing soon. If priced right I'd be ready with my cheque book.

Well this was disappointing. What are we supposed to do with this? Not like we haven't seen the Mustang before! The pricing and launch date was what was important! I hope they offer the GT/CS in India!

Also, seems like it's going to be a tough fight getting your hands on a mustang anyway! Australia burned through its 2016 quota of cars within a month! 4000 cars, booked in a month!

Damn! I am so hopeful I can get my hands on it in the first lot!

They must have spent couple of Millions in Air Import and all this stage show - wonder why were they so eager to display ? No one is running away with their customers in this segment , they could have easily showcased this during one of evenings in Auto Expo - on lines of many other manufacturers.

Ford has finally unveiled the iconic Mustang, but the car will only be launched in Q2 2016. This is the first generation of the Mustang to feature a right-hand drive configuration. While the price of the muscle car is still unknown, Ford has confirmed that the car will be offered with a 5.0L V8 under the bonnet.
