I think the launch is close, atleast looks like that from the twitter handle. They even say bookings for the test drive will start soon!

Eagerly waiting to lay my hands on a Zest!

Edit : TaMo has launched some facebook app to tell people which one would suit their personality. The questions aren't direct, they seem to've really made these cars specifically different. (Or does it say Zest for everyone, just check n'tell...)

Yup! I am waiting anxiously too for the launch. I hope they get it right this time and do a good job with the vehicles.

I spotted the Zest this afternoon at Mahim. Driver started honking like crazy when he saw me clicking pics.

Yup i figured that one out and updated my post. Since the mule was spotted in Chennai i thought it was the Figo update. On looking at the Bolt rear view i noticed the similarities

Taking pictures in London is not enough - they need to sell it in London!

If TM wants to prove its worth, it should target Europe which buys a million cars every month. Selling 500 cars in Malta and 200 in Italy isn't going to be enough.

Is TM ready for the challenge? I'm afraid not - TM has already ruled out selling the Bolt and Zest in Europe. Check this:

I always wanted to scoop a car! Was heading for my exams and this thing just stopped right ahead of me at a red light openly begging for attention.

Any idea why? The camouflage is put so as to conceal the design elements and the car. They've already showcased the production versions. Now they are openly publicizing the name and telling don't click pics!

My be they want to publicize the name of the car, but seemingly the interiors & exteriors panels need not be finalised, due to which the drivers are avoiding being snapped (or told to avoid being snapped, particularly the interiors).
