Yes absolutely. The exterior looks just like the Vista. Can't seem to understand why Tata can't come up with a different looking vehicle, the interior though is different.

These new tata siblings - reported news mention the new Revotron engines are 1.2 L and are turbocharged; yet the produce is around 82 HP.
This power is generated in the naturally aspirated engines from Honda(1.2 VTEC in jazz/amaze), Hunyadi(1.2L kappa), Maruti(1.2L K series) and a few others, i.e. without any turbocharging.
Interesting to know if TaTa would have done(lower powering) it on purpose(may be mileage), or if that's what there R&D could achieve!

Saw this in Bangalore Madiwala area this morning (15th April). Followed it for a good 5+km as it was going along the same route as mine.

Was unable to get a frontal view.

Is this the Bolt/Zest ?

This looks like the Ford Figo compact sedan, which debuted at the Auto Expo. You can make out the oval Ford logo on the rear.

It would be tuned more to get a good driveability(good torque at low and mid rpm) and mileage than outright power.

The changes in interior will not require huge investments in terms of tooling, where as any body change would involve heavy investments in dies and tooling. I would say that typically they would would look at longer life cycle for complete body change. Probably around 7 years so that costs are recovered. A shorter life cycle means that much more cost would have to be added to the selling price.

Looking at the tail lamps, it should be the Zest! The car was with you till Hosa road? It could be that they are working with the Bosch centre there.

Spotted this test mule around Ulsoor (Bangalore). It had MH temp registration plates. I could not get the pics of the front but, the logo and the front grill resembled that of the Datsun Go.
