After seeing lots of threads here abt unsatisfactory/unprofessional experiences from dealers during car bookings, I feel this is the chance for Team-BHP's mighty collective influence to come to the fore.

I invite members of Team-BHP to list known contacts/emails of the fat cats of various car cos in this thread. I feel this info, if made available publicly thru this thread/forum and used responsibly, would greatly empower the Team-BHPian and prevent these honchos of car companies from hiding behind layers of red tape and increase accountability when a fellow Team-BHPian is meted out unprofessional treatment.

A simple suggested format would be :

Name of Executive:
Car Co:
Area of Responsibility (N/S/E/W):
Designation:
Email:


I feel this would complete the loop while dealing with car companies.
