Bhubaneswar gets a new RTO

After a long wait, Bhubaneswar got the second RTO. Bhubaneswar had only one RTO which was catering to the already grown city and its periphery. With this new RTO Odisha got its 33rd RTO in the state. It will definitely ease the work and reduce the pressure on the existing RTO. In my opinion Bhubaneswar should have at least 3 RTOs. Better late than never. This RTO code will be OD-33. In Bhubaneswar, it seems the population of cars have outsold the number of 2-wheelers. It is a welcome move, however, I am not sure if OD-33 was ideal. Feels odd to me at least, as default was OR-02, or OD-02.
