so far the indian automative scene has gone from bad to worse in taking out "new & improved" especially with the marutis making lights rounder & taking the fizz out of the original taste.

original lancer looked so mean & hot, they made it more like a regular sedan.
original baleno at 94 BHP rox, new & improved 91 BHP simply $**ks.
original city was mind blowing, look at the mixture of tall boy salloon.

barring a few exceptions like

qualis replaced by innova
accord replaced by the newer, meaner & hotter design

so hope things will get better, mayb they can hire better car designers rather than chalu kam that they do right now.

You will see the 'New' car tomorrow

The shape of the car is the same. The most prominent change is the big new headlights, then the new bonnet, bumper...all put together it looks like a hybrid of a fish & a godzilla...typical japanese design..don't know much about the interiors though...anyways you all will see it tomorrow. overall not exciting.

Is this car out in the showrooms today. Saw something different at Pratham Motors (next to naga theatre) this morning. On first look it reminded me of the Xing.

Had a grill with lots of chrome and it was in that same mettalic parrot green colour of the Santro. Maybe thats why i thought it resembled the Xing.

Okay - the "New" Wagon R is out

Yes, I noticed MUL has launched the "new" Wagon R today - some eye candy stuff.

http://www.marutiwagonr.com/

However, wanted to know whether they have made imporvements like having CONVEX MIRRORS instead of plain mirrors for the rear view mirrors?

Also, anyone test drove one yet?

There a Dual-Fuel Car, LPG & PETROL options, OEM kits installed called WagonR Duo, that must be interesting!
