- Yes, It definitely looks more upmarket. I have seen current ones in the fortuner and Innova. They are good to me because they just gel into the dashboard, don't protrude up. But thats again, personal like and dislike. Hence ignore
- I couldn't check if it can fold away - it was in a raised/vertical position with slight incline, 3 CMs above the regular level of dashboard. It was definitely a infotainment console and not tablet DIY

Please, Toyota don't put the Corolla wheel in the IMV platform.
Sure, the steering wheel of the IMV platform (at least the design) was taken from the ertswhile generation of Corolla.

And its highly probable in this era where even full size sedans have 3 spoke steering wheels for sportiness, still. Hope the airbag equipped versions have a 4 spoke steering.

That is some updates for the existing Innova, not the all new one which is being talked about in this thread. The updates include rear AC vents for 3rd row, airbag standard across variants etc.

You have the engine, you have the car. The next gen will take 2 years to come.

Guys the Innova launched is not the one being tested. The one whose spy shots are on this page will be launched early 2016.
Although don't expect any significant changes like increase in the no. of air bag or power bump as such.

I am sure, TKM will try to launch limited versions of both current Innova and Fortuner during 2015 to gather as many numbers as possible in sales before the 2016 ALL NEW models hit the road.

Saw a undisguised picture of innova on my recent trip to Kerala. The cabbie we had hired (innova) it seems has a friend in Toyota who had sent him the pictures. He didn't share it but I was certainly not impressed to see the new front. The grill has only grown wider - from the head lamp to head lamp. You can actually make it out in the masked images posted on this thread. It looks like a walrus now. :( However, it seems the interiors are much better.
