The Renault Lodgy looks like a very practical vehicle and like pointed out earlier is a Dacia brand

I managed to get my hands on some pictures from a Lodgy Brochure in French

If positioned well it should be a match for the Innova but its not going to be easy for Renault to dislodge Toyota as Innova is a house hold name for comfort , utility and space.

Its a 7 seater and with all 7 seats up it offers 207 liters of luggage space and a whopping 2617 liters with rows 2 and 3 folded.

2004mm is something really wide and it may look more wide in person when it is well short of 5 inches of Innova.

The pic seems to be that of Scenic, rather than Dodgy.. They might be looking at exporting the Scenic rather than sell here. I dont think its worth considering for India launch as yet. Maybe 5 yrs down the line when the per capita is higher.
Lodgy seems ripe for an India launch and might just be the 2nd money spinner for Renault. Hope there is no Nissan cousin based off this
