Re: Rumour: Mitsubishi might bring Delica MPV and Attrage sedan to India

Can we have this instead Mitsubishi? Please?

And before you even think of bringing in new models, forget the letters 'H' and 'M', make a 10 year development plan, try to understand what your image is in the Indian market (and not spoil it by bringing in that seriously pregnant-looking Attrage), build a good dealer network, support your customers with good service and affordable spares. That is all we ask of you.

Mitsubishi doesn't have too much $$$ to develop new cars from scratch.

Though there is no confirmed information on the same, I have a feeling that the Attrage is indeed based on the Sunny. The light kerb weight, styling cues, dashboard design etc. look way too similar.

The cheaper the car, the more money it requires in support, dealerships, marketing, localisation, vendors etc. In India, it's far easier to launch a 15 lakh car than one costing 5 lakhs.
