Curious: The Polo GTI that was imported for testing showed a price of 23L, The Beetle data only shows ~9L. Why is this so?

Autocar's first drive of the new Beetle in the latest issue says that the 1.4 TSI is Twin-charged (Super and Turbo-charged).
That's not correct, right? This is turbo only. The Twincharged engine has been discontinued. I did point this out to Autocar on Twitter, but did not get a response.
