Motorbeam has published purported images of Altroz EV from the Tata Motors' pavilion at 2019 Geneva Motor Show.

That is a looker and frankly can stand against any global competition based on how good the overall design is. Well done Tata!

Those rims on atleast one version of car else Tata can cancel the launch at this very moment.

Damn! This thing is a looker, after a very long while some car has evoked this kind of emotions in me.

I am beyond glad to see the direction our very own homegrown manufacturers Tata and Mahindra have taken. Three cheers to them.

This does look pretty good overall, but it has toe much of a cab- forward design. Somehow, the length of the boot and the rest of the car seem disproportionate to each other from this particular angle. Will have to wait for better and more detailed pictures to reach a final perspective though.

Regards,
Debrup.

Very handsome looking hatch. Love the stance in this angle.

On a lighter note: Alloys seem to have taken inspiration from the SAI SERVICE logo.

This kind of has hints of Marazzo and the Hexa . It almost looks like a mixture of both , from the side angles and a miniature of both .

Pretty agreesive design .

The alloys are from the original 45x concept.

The 1st set of undisguised photos from Geneva are out on Rushlane. Attaching the thread for all to see.

Looks neat in my opinion.

Looks like someone already posted it earlier.

Silly question: Why does Tata bother to show their cars in Geneva? Do they have a brand presence anywhere other than India, or do they even plan to in the near future? IIRC they've been doing it since the days of Indica's first launch.

Yes. Tata sells their cars all over the world. For example, Europe, including the UK, used to get the Safari and the Sierra. They also sold the Indica in the UK as the City Rover. The car was tested by James May on Top Gear. I don't know if they sell anything now. It is reported they have plans to launch the Harrier in the UK and mainland Europe. It was seen testing in Italy recently.

Tata also has a presence in other developing markets. South Africa used to get the Xenon. They currently get the Zest and Bolt in the passenger car segment. Malaysia still gets the Xenon.

Also, Geneva Motor Show is one of the biggest auto shows in the world. If you can afford it, what better way to showcase your products to the world?

This looks like an elongated Tiago. Maybe more pictures will clear the image.

I feel Tata cars bare too much family look. Many cars after Indica had similar design face. Now it is the iteration of Tiago face in many cars.

Curious to see the interior now.

Well yes. They sell cars in Europe including Turkey, Italy, malta, poland, Russia etc. However post vista launch they are little slow in expanding presence in Europe due to unavailability of global model. But they will expand now because now they have Harrier with them.

Some pics of Tata indigo SW i spotted in Poland.
