So this effectively means Auto Expo is back to its original venue Pragati Maidan? That would again bring it back to its jam packed days. Good for the show, bad for the crowd part.

Top right shows Auto expo components. I doubt the Auto Expo venue will move back. Given the scale now and the much larger venue in Greater Noida, there's no way they can hold it in the old location.

True that! Moreover, isn't Pragati Maidan scheduled to go over a mega re-haul planned by the Givt. with a budget of over 2000 crores? Even the iconic buildings inside the campus are going to be demolished

New Delhi can no way manage the show at Pragati Maidan ! The roads leading to Pragati Maidan was completely grid-locked back in 2012 for the entire 4 days of Auto Show. With the vastly-expanding list of exhibitors (Auto Components incl. as we see in the invite), the cops would go haywire in managing the scene. I highly foresee a change in the venue as we head closer to the dates
