SCOOP! Fiat 500L spotted testing, but with 'HR' plates

Spotted this Fiat 500L test car on Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. Interestingly the number series is similar to Maruti test cars, It can be Maruti testing something related to Multijet in this car?

The Fiat 500L had been spotted back in April 2014, but with MH 14 plates as expected: http://www.team-bhp.com/news/fiat-50...-testing-india

Aditya said he thinks the 'HR' plated car could be Magneti Marelli testing something?

S2!!! says perhaps Maruti is testing the rumoured AMT for the YRA?

Actually all car companies get various cars from different makers for studying. I had spotted a Nissan few years ago which had Maruti Temp registration like this one.
