Does the concept carry forward the FWD architecture of the XUV, or is it RWD/AWD?

X6 and Aero - the Aero here looks a bit amateurish to me. A little stocky? Stubby?

The XUV's lines haven't been mellowed / cleaned up enough for the crossover coupe look yet, in my opinion.

Wow - now this is a seriously good effort. But I wonder if this will ever make it to production and if it does, what will be the final launch specs and price.

But all in all, a good effort. Mahindra is proving to be pretty nimble of late with multiple launches. One manufacturer to watch out for surely in the next couple of years.

The side profile shows similarity with XUV500 of the front & rear wheel arch.
Nice way to show it comes from the same stable. I guess this will come with loads of gizmos (features). I used under the assumption the center door opening was patented by RR. It is such ease of ingress for passengers.
Waiting for the full report from people on the ground. Among the best looking cars/coupe in the market.

The back door better not open without the Front door opened first. Also They should have the security feature that these back door cant be opened when the vehicle is in motion. I have to remind all that these doors were called Suicide Doors as when opened in running this door will split open and will pull the person holding out . Hope Mahindra knew about why these doors were stopped and what they are getting into now.

Relax mate, this is the aero concept, the production version will be much more practical than this.

I don't like the idea of Mahindra attempting a cheap Chinese copy cat.
The alloys, sloping roofline and even the rear quarter glass are an exact replica from BMW X6. Sure, their home grown designs carry a dna of quirkiness but that still had some originality. Having said that, it has the potential to be a hit in the market.

Looking through Mahindra's product line on display, the modified Thar is drool-worthy!! Looks butch in those huge tyres, Projector headlamps, modded bumpers, snorkel and roll-cage. Seems like it can take on any Moon-scape that comes its way.

The TUV with the Endurance bodykit looks much sober and proportionate. A good touch is that minimalist spare tyre cover....sort of enhances the SUV looks.

The less said about the KUV mod, the better! Too many accents on top of overdone cuts and creases really spoil whatever little 'design' it had.

The XUV Aero is again an unknown factor. Engine wise, the figures look too good to be true. Design-wise, it just plain ugly. The front looks too heavy, too many lighting elements, trapezoidal top and bottom grills (top one seems to be chromed over...or I may be wrong?) while the rear looks like a slab. Again, this is my personal opinion, so no offence to those who find this design appealing. IMO, the straighter lines of the KOMODO concept looked better.
