Anyone in Bangalore has any news of when their car will be delivered? I haven't heard anything from my dealer and they still continue to say 6-8 weeks of delivery time. I booked in the second week of launch. ![]()

| ![]() Dear Bhpians, Carwale review has good set of Photos of Vitara Brezza Yellow with White Top with nice scenic backdrop - Please check them out. The size of car in fact looks big in these pictures. Beefy Tyres are shown in the back shot, Side profile looks lovely as well. http://www.carwale.com/marutisuzuki-...reviews-22583/ |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() I checked the display car today. No test drive available yet. Car looks nice in person. Build quality is good. Panel gaps are consistent with good paint quality. But interiors disappointed me. Plastic quality is just average. Seats were very disappointing with poor underthigh support, especially front seats. Front seats were way smaller than my baleno. Also rear legroom and shoulder room is less compared to baleno. Overall width of brezza is more than baleno, but interior shoulder room is tight. There is good headroom though. Boot space is adequate. |

| ![]() Have been waiting for this car ever since the XA alpha days..... Finally, checked out the display car (ZDi+) in person today at CARS India, Cenotaph Road showroom, Chennai. Exterior of the car looks stunning. Very very nicely done. Interior is extremely ordinary. The aluminium finish inserts and seat fabric look pretty ordinary. Not sure why such ordinary finish to the interiors. Very good head room (giving a spacious cabin feel) and good boot space. The DRL is not as bright as the ones seen in Baleno (Just about 50% brightness to Baleno). The floor below the front seats are not flat. There is a step down under the carpet and it can be felt by the rear passengers (if you fully extend your legs and place the feet under the front seat). Why is this and it looks like no one has noticed it / reported it until now.. Opening the glove box with a passenger seated in the front seat is extremely difficult. |

| ![]() Saw the Brezza in flesh today and came out quite impressed with the overall package. Display vehicle was a Dual Tone Zdi+ (D) variant in the funky yellow and white combo. What I liked -Ingress/Egress is nice and easy, not too high and not too low -Nice size 215/60R16 tyres -The driver door controls are simple and look nice (unlike even S-Cross) -Mirror adjustment controls on the dashboard below steering wheel * while placement of this looks nice, I'm not sure how good or bad this is from a usability perspective as compared to placement on the driver door -Tweeters on front door pad corners - Placement of 12v socket is good * Not sure if the one next to it was USB/Aux ? -Boot lamp and additional 12v socket in boot -Boot has 2 storage bins on the sides like in S-Cross -Spare tyre lid looks nice and feels light -Embedded space for tools on top of the spare tyre -Touch screen entertainment unit looks nice -3 spoke steering wheel looks simple and nice -Seats tapered on the sides -Nice front cup holders between the seats -Center arm rest console has storage space -In-dash storage box on top with push type lock (even the WagonR gets something similar now) -Front seat area has roof mounted sunglass holder along with interior lights -All doors get bottle holders -Bag hook behind front seat. Can be closed when not in use. What I didn't like -No rear AC vent -Grayish plastics reminds me of our first gen Dzire (would have loved this to be all black for a premium look and feel) -The inner portion of the spare wheel enclosure is not painted but has just the primer in a beige colour! This area is going to attract a lot of dirt and look ugly very quickly. They could have at least made this dark grey. -Driver arm rest is fixed and quite small -Lid of the in-dash storage box seems quite flimsy My Overall Verdict: I think as a package it is quite good. Also, the Brezza has that good stance and better imposing look compared to the S-Cross but other than that I wouldn't compare it in terms of interiors, space and the 1.6 engine of course ![]() Now for some pictures... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by aah78 : 25th March 2016 at 21:17. Distinguished - BHPian ![]() ![]() | ![]() Seen the Vitara Brezza at RNS motors- definitely a head turner in its design. Generating a lot of prospective buyers but not as crowded as seen in the Baleno since its reach is wider than the Nexa outlets . They have ~ 170 bookings and delivery is expected to start on 28th March. Minimum waiting period quoted is 8 weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

The deliveries will be starting today I guess. Let's see who is the first BHPian to get it. ![]() Can the engine be tuned similar to S Cross by updating the ECU with S Cross mapping? S Cross is very well tuned with minimum lag on 1.3. Last edited by anycatd : 25th March 2016 at 01:03.

| ![]() Just visited the nearby Maruti showroom to see the Brezza. They had one in white - LDi(O) with additional accessories like alloys, leather seat covers, etc. Overall the stance and looks of the car are quite good, looks very Range Rover Evoque types. However, opened the door and boot and was very disappointed with the weight of the door! Felt like I was again opening a Wagon R / Alto door. It felt very light and discomforting, coming from the Polo. Also, panel gaps are inconsistent in some areas. Maybe with time it might get better. Will be taking a test drive this weekend. Let's see how it turns out. Wish they had launched a petrol version. |
