Yup, i have to eat my own earlier words. It does start looking better by the day as more images come in. But from the smart and sophisticated businessman look of earlier, now it is more Gym going, protein gobbling teenager.

Does not the VW Golf have a sensor in a similar location?

A simple honeycomb grill will make this car a looker! Trust me!

Three years after its launch, the Suzuki S-Cross is renewed in look and technological content to give it an image that characterizes it more as a true SUV
Equipment:
Quote:
Suzuki S-Cross can now count on a wider safety equipment. The adaptive cruise control with braking function (ACC with RBS, Radar Brake Support, the series only for the Top), using a millimeter-wave radar helps prevent collisions (or reduce losses) at low speed.
Engine & Drive: ( 1.0L )
Quote:
The 1.0 Boosterjet S & S, which has a low-inertia turbine to reduce the annoying "response delay" that in the past it was common to supercharged engines) is well exploited even at low revolutions.
Shooting it seemed ready and insisting on the accelerator pedal, even the progression does not disappoint: you do not absolutely feel the lack of horses, given the quiet nature of the car, which does not aspire to sports performance (if you want more sprint you may choose the 1.4 with 140 hp, which has a very beautiful verve, especially combined with the six-speed automatic transmission). Always under the vibration control (even when stationary) and the noise, contained. In terms of consumption, the Suzuki S-Cross 1.0 Boosterjet 2WD S & D promises good mileage at the end of our test the onboard computer reported an average of 15 km / l (with long stretches of ups and downs and a short stretch of dirt road).
Quote:
At ease in the narrow streets of urban centers (but be careful when reversing, the rear visibility is not the best), the Suzuki S-Cross 1.0 Boosterjet 2WD S & S is comfortable, even on rough roads, thanks to the suspension's ability to absorb the bumps without making them feel too cockpit. The cornering grip is good, even if the body roll is felt and the steering does not appear very precise. All well and good on the highway, although the fifth long weighs a bit 'on the resumption, forcing you to move down through the gears if you hurry.

I am not sure about the Golf but i have seen other cars having it in the same position but some of them were behind the bumper or neatly integrated into the bumper but all of them are vulnerable in varying degrees. Definitely will not be a good position as and when it is brought to India

This is a real stunner!

If they launch it here in India with the same design and features and also the Petrol version, MARUTI, as well as, NEXA will finally will get succeed in their campaign of "Premium Crossover".

I think, the vehicle will look stunning in Blue/Grey and White colours and will have that Macho Road presence.

Maruti will finally have a winner in their hands with S-Cross!

The more I see the refreshed S Cross the more I like it. When compared to the out going model it's not dull and boring especially the front fascia. S Cross to me is the best built car from the Maruti stable but surprisingly it doesn't sell that much. The refreshed S Cross would hopefully change the mindset of the Indian customers.

Agree. The moving away from the sloping bonnet to a more flat one, along with that prominent grill does help. The inspiration from the X1 also has positively added to its character.

I felt that the car looks taller though it just seems like that. In reality the door lines have gone up and glass area has reduced
