Might be of help if you face any corrupt or ill educated cops, who might be adamant on hard copies of RC/DL/Insurance etc:

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways notification No. RT-11036/64/2017-MV dated 8thAugust,2018 which clearly states that - 'Electronic records available on DigiLocker or mParivahan are deemed to be legally recognised at par with the original documents as per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000'
