Dear all, I see that after an update, the DL doesn't show the picture retrieved from Adhaar, any longer. The Adhaar number is also totally blank if I fetch my adhaar. Any of you facing similar issues? How could a DL be valid without a photograph!!??

Does anyone of you have the same problem of the actual DL having a differnent expiry date than the one on digilocker or mparivahan ? my actual DL expiry on smart card is 2024 whereas on digilocker it is there as 2019.

Is there any App (Digilocker or mParivahan) where we have the details of our DL, RC, Insurance and PUC?

Do the cops accept that App as a valid proof or do they still expect us to carry copies/originals of those documents?

mParivahan would have these details.

To answer your second question, ideally, they should. But, how often you expect cops to be reasonable?
Normally, I keep colored photocopy of all these document in my car while in my city, but carry original while traveling outside of city. I use mParivahan just to verify authenticity of my insurance and PUC.

Use of mobile phones while driving is allowed solely for route navigation purposes, the union road transport and highways ministry said on Saturday, while also making provisions for maintaining vehicle documents on any online portal established by the Central government.

The ministry has notified amendments in Central Motor Vehicle Rules facilitating implementation of electronic enforcement, maintenance of vehicular documents through information technology portals like digi-locker or m-parivahan, with effect from 1st October this year.

Same here. GoDigit is not getting reflected on the Digilocker. In the mean time it's better to place a printout of the insurance in your car. Please update when you get a reply.

Yes, my DL expired in Dec 2019 and I got the same renewed. The new DL and updated expiry date is not yet available on the mparivahan site even after 9 months now.

My renewed Maruti insurance was not available on DigiLocker. It was showing the last year's insurance. I deleted that insurance and then again added my insurance from issued documents section. Now the current insurance shows in DigiLocker. Try this, it may help.

mParivahan application seems to work well, it pulled the details of 2 two wheelers perfectly and added to the RC in the 'virtual RC' section. But it is not able to find my TamilNadu issued DL valid till March 2021.

Anyone has faced this issue? Any tips or ideas on what I could do to resolve and get my DL added to 'virtual DL' (i'm also checking on Parivahan website)?

After sending series of emails to Tripunithura RTO, Ernakulam RTO and Kerala Transport Commissioner, finally my problem is solved. It took around 8 months to get it sorted out.

Hi. They should accept it. If not then you can show them the circular on the app itself in the notification in the top right, under ministry notifications.

Its mentioned that Digilocker and mParivahan is acceptable.
